- Taken from what was initially thought to be a small pit but upon excavation was seen to be a beam slot or something similar, three possibly burnt posts in postholes were observed in this slot. 40l of sample were kept, 20 for flotation and 20l for other soil science or dating. A further 5l were taken as sample 153.
