Short Description:
Neonatal skeleton cut into drain F724
Issued to
Ben Swain | 22/09/2023

Interpretation

    • A small neonatal skeleton. The fragile nature of the bones meant that it was not possible to observe the remains in their entirety in-situ. The individual was likely buried W-E with the head at the west. The skeleton was buried in a grave apparently truncating drain F724. This area has produced 3 neonatal burials in close proximity.
