Short Description:
Area of possible intercutting pits - metalworking area TR2W
Issued to
Ben Swain | 29/09/2022

Interpretation

    • This context collectively represents an area of likely intercutting waste pits for metallurgical debris and rubbish associated with the metalworking process. As of the 2022 season, this area remains unexcavated but it is likely that further excavation will reveal there to be multiple pits in this location.
