Short Description:
Skeleton within grave 2598 in SE corner of TR2W.
Issued to
Ben Swain | 11/09/2024

Interpretation

    • This individual was buried with the head to the west and feet to the east in the early christian tradition. The skeleton of a juvenile, SK2596, was present lying directly up against the right leg of this individual. There is a likelihood both individuals were related in some capacity but further analysis would be needed to confirm this. Both individuals were buried within the same grave or within a very short space of time
