Short Description:
Yellowish Sand slumping fill in ditch F707
Issued to
Ben Swain | 28/09/2023

Interpretation

    • Discreet lens or thin layer of sand visible in section slumping from the western edge on top of basal fill 2572. This layer does not extend across to the eastern edge of the ditch, suggesting it slipped in from the western side. This material could represent a discreet dumping or slipping event were sand (likely redeposited natural) fell into the ditch
