Interpretation
-
- Skeleton aligned E-W with head at West end in line with Christian tradition. This grave is cut through earlier deposits and features such as a silting layer filling a depression (2380) and a massive stone slab below, suggesting it is later in the phasing of the cemetery. Probably Norman
