Description
- Lying on its right side, head at W end
- Lying on its right side looking S
- Extended down along its body. Right hand not present, soil sample collected including two finger bones
- Crossed over chest, lower arm bones and hand not present. Arm probably flexed towards face.
- Extended. Femur found disturbed at an upwards angle, now lifted. Lower leg not present.
- Also extended, small damage to end of femur, lower leg not present
- Not present/under baulk
- Bone condition good however burial disturbed by later plough. Loss of some of the smaller bones
- Bone remained in a good state of preservation but was very fragmented, especially the skull and some ribs. Some smaller bones not present
- Some skull fragments, finger bones, right femur collected. Skeleton first exposed in 2019 and lifted in 2021
