Short Description:
Large stone fill of circular feature F217
Issued to

Interpretation

    • Large stone fill on SW edge of large circular feature F217, most likely formed as the result of upcast from burials made nearby

    • These stones were a dump in F217, they seemed to have been put in the south western upper fill of the feature, possibly they are related to the superstructure of the building but it felt more like they were part of the backfilling of the feature. They may have been related to the wall F248 that was exposed within F217.
