- Back fill of a possible previous trench [8003]. Filled with fairly loose mid black-brown clayey silt with occasional mortar fragments, rounded sub-angular small-medium pebbles and occasional charcoal fleck inclusions. Ceramic tiles recovered were of a mix of dates from Medieval to 18th – 19th Centuries.

- CBM Report by Rebekah Pressler: " Pantile: Two incomplete pantile fragments were derived from this context. Most likely dating from teh 18th to the 19th century. Interestingly one of the tiles most likely derives from West Suffolk (CBM2)"

Description
- Fairly loose
- Mid black brown
- Clay Silt
- Occ. Mortar fragments, rounded-subangular small - medium pebbles, occasional charcoal flecks
- width - 1.60+, length - 4.40+, depth - 0.21
- Mixed finds consistent with re-deposition following earlier excavation. Pottery: 1 piece of Late Medieval Transitional Ware (P402), 1 piece of French/Cologne Stoneware (P407) and 8 pieces of modern miscellaneous 19th and 20th Century wares where found
- Sunny conditions, trowel, mattock, coarse dry sieving
