Interpretation

    • This Romano-British brooch is fashioned from thick circular sectioned wire and is 3.99cm long. It was left in the back of Victoria Cave, probably as an offering from a Romano-British cave cult sometime after 70AD. Accessioned in the T Lord Collection.
