    • Cut of a possible foundation cut on east side of wall. Linear roughly respecting the line of the wall except at the north end where it widens with steep sides and a flat base. The break of slope at the top was sharp and the base rounded. A possible foundation cut on east side of wall.

    • Fill of a construction/foundation cut towards the north end of the trench. Moderately compact, yellowy brown silty clay fill, fill of possible cut [3008] on east side of wall

Narrative

    • Potential foundation/construction cut for wall F302. It was cut through layer F300. It roughly respected the line of the wall except at the north end where it widens. Only the very bottom of this cut was seen, the rest of it was likely removed when the building was robbed out and recycled.
