Short Description:
Clayey material under 4008 (in eastern slot, between walls 4038 and 4039). Likely natural or made ground above the natural. Compacted dark orangey brown clay with Occasional charcoal and mortar flecks. This was excavated to a depth of 0.20m before this layer was assumed to be natural/redeposited natural made ground.
