Narrative

    • The central part of the structure feature (F501) had been truncated by a later ditch feature (F502) running east-west across the trench, with steep sides and a rounded base.

Dating Narrative

    • The ditch feature (F502) was filled by mid yellow brown sandy silt, with a large quantity of poorly sorted building debris and pottery dating to the 15th Century.
