Interpretation
-
- This is the last layer of medieval filling of a depression found west of Leiston abbey it is certainly not a singular rubbish pit as the material culture is found to diffusely to represent a midden, however there is suitable quantities to infer that this was filled by human action using the readily available refuse and soil material
