- I teach biology, earth science and geography and formerly history of ancient civilisations. For fun I hike up mountains, geocache, travel the world and read book after book after book.
- DigVentures offers the opportunity to help out with and learn the skills of excavation. Pure academic research is becoming rarer these days so it is becoming more necessary for "citizen researchers" to become involved.
- Working with Judders in trench 19 and meeting new and different people.
