- I'm retired, but in the past I've worked in a bookshop and a couple of libraries. Books really are my thing! I love reading, both fiction and non-fiction. My main area of interest for reading is history - the older the better, which is how I became interested in archaeology - and particularly Anglo-Saxon England. My other main hobby is researching my family history
- I decided to support DigVentures because I find archaeology fascinating (I even managed to get involved in a local community dig a couple of years ago), and I'm aware that funds for digging tend to be short. I love being involved, even when it's just from my armchair!
