- Refectory
- Measuring 2m x 5m, Trench 14 was excavated against the northwest wall of the refectory building to investigate the effects of bioturbation (rabbit burrowing) on the buried archaeological deposits. The archaeological purpose was to investigate how water was being managed in the monastic period in relation to the adjacent 'lavatorium' observed in the northwest wall and possible cultvert in the southeast wall.
