Narrative

    • Posthole feature F1001 was discovered in the northwest of the trench. It bore little resemblance to the other structural postholes in the area, and could belong to an earlier or later phase of building in this area. This was sub-circular in shape and filled with mid grey-brown silty clay (10006) with a small number of flint stone inclusions and wood fragments recovered from the deposit.
