Interpretation

    • Cut for stone possibly related to original drain removed in antiquity or by previous excavation

    • Cut for stone. Circular in shape with round corners. Fairly gentle top of slope on north side and sharp on all others, sides are gently sloping on north side and vertical on all others. Base has a gentle slope up to the north side. Orientation is E-W with vertical inclination.
