Interpretation

    • Cut of footing. Shape unknown - not fully revealed in trench but probably rectangular with rounded corners. Sharp break of top of slope with vertical sides sharply leading to a flat base. Orientation unknown with no inclination. Could be associated with wall crossing. Possibly associated with construction of wall or drain.
