    • Mid yellow brown silty clay, 75% of which was formed by angular flint cobbles, set into a circular foundation trench for a later post-medieval agricultural building. No bonding was observed between the cobbles, though post-medieval pottery and fragments of slate were recovered from the surface of this deposit, a horseshoe and blue and white glaze pottery.
