- I enjoy Medieval History immensely, many of the customs, superstitions, and outlook on life seemed embodied in my grandmother (who had Welsh and Norwegian parents). What a great idea is Dig Ventures and others of that ilk, as much needed as government funding dries up. As a friend of mine once said on the topic- "the barbarians are at the gates....".
