- Copper alloy object
Registered Find Basics
Interpretation
-
- The copper alloy object is difficult to identify but could be a fragment of a pin. It is similar in profile to Roman pins such as SWYOR-A1E3C0, GNCL-618DA4 and GLO-A54AFD on the portable antiquities database. It is difficult to date as there are no clear parallels to this object. The date range could be 40 to 700 AD but it could also be part of an object up to 1700 AD.
