Interpretation
-
- Shallow gully running SE-NW in western side of trench which intersects with large boundary ditch on its south edge. Fill was full of medium and large pieces of chalk rubble, most of which is quite flat. Possibility it was a stone-lined gully to aid water run off into ditch.

- Frequent chunks of rubble, assortment of sizes e.g. 0.20x0.15x0.08cm
- In excavated slot: L: 1m+ W: 0.55m D: 0.15m
- Hand ex trowels and Mattocks in very warm and dry
