Narrative

    • An ephemeral gully, possibly the remnants of a ring gully, the rest of which has been completely truncated away. This short stretch of gully was seen to have two stake holes cut into it that are broadly contemporary, possibly indicating that there was some sort of fence or structure associated with the gully. Unfortunately due to not much of the gully surviving this cannot be confirmed. It had a max width of 0.40 meters and a max depth of 0.06 meters. It was cut by pit F#516 and a roman ditch F#515.
