Narrative

    • A ring ditch, partially seen in trench 6. A length of 8.18m was observed in the trench, slots were dug every other meter, thus four interventions were made into the feature. The ring ditch had a maximum width of 0.46m and a maximum depth of 0.24m. The gully contained one fill. Possibly a ring gully indicating the presence of a roundhouse, probably iron age.
