Short Description:
Cut of posthole in corn dryer.
Issued to
Indie Jago | 21/02/2020

Interpretation

    • Cut of possible posthole, inside corn dryer. Why the posthole is located under the burning is unclear, doesn’t seem like a logical place to have a post.

    • Located under burning in corn dryer. It is impossible to ascertain whether the post hole is contemporary or earlier than the drier. Given the depth of the posthole, it is likely contemporary, though the reason for its location in the middle of a flue is unclear.
