Interpretation
-
- Fill of a small ephemeral pit which contained a partially complete vessel SF23. The pit is unconvincing as a feature but the pot seemed to be in something, it looks like a small scoop was made in the natural mottled sand and the pot was possibly put there then the natural sand was pushed back into the hole. The fill seemed only very slightly different from the natural.
